During my time with Amazon Entertainment, I led the creative direction for Prime Video’s first employer brand as well as the execution of all creative collateral, including: static, video, OOH recruiting booths, and user-friendly templates for social.
I had the pleasure of being on-set for Prime Video’s first video and photo shoot. This allowed me to create the foundation for the Prime Video’s employer brand build and rollout.
Amazon Music underwent a brand refresh during my tenure. It was pleasure to shepherd that refresh across all internal communications and externally-facing recruiting campaigns.
In addition, I managed vendor relationships and trained our agency partners on the new branding.
Amazon’s commitment to celebrating Cultural Milestones and DE&I initiatives was one of the most fulfilling parts of my creative career.
I had the privilege of hearing employee’s unique stories and amplifying their voices on a global scale. These videos are featured at on Linkedin as well as recruiting events throughout North America and AMEA.
I partnered with Walmart’s recruitment marketing teams to creatively direct their 2019-2020 national Tech Hiring initiative.
Finding talent from within is one of the best ways to increase employee retention and motivate employees to stretch their goals or flex a new muscle. Internal Mobility creates a culture that supports employees to meet them where they are, whether that’s through upward or lateral movement within an organization.
This conceptual exercise created a campaign to build awareness of Walmart’s Internal Mobility program as well as encourage associates to participate.
Creative Directed Walmart’s Associate Village: a 3-day festival highlighting Walmart’s programs and activities celebrating with over 14,000 associates in attendance.
This complete package included skinning 5 booths, way-finding signage, selfie walls, pins, t-shirts, temporary tattoos, and gift items for our volunteers.
Examples of the design system created for the 5 booths: way-finding signage and tent backdrops.
As Creative Lead for this initiative, I managed everything from art direction to the production of the photoshoot and a series of campaign ads to be featured on streaming services and moving billboards (also known as trucks).
Walmart’s Merchant Spotlight Series is a way of highlighting some of the amazing job opportunities at Walmart as well as the standout associates that perform them. I provided creative direction for the inaugural shoots as well as treated them for Walmart’s Corporate Blog and social channels.
The following is a poster series developed by myself and Bryan Minogue to generate interest and participation in WPP's confidential agency survey. We set the tone with pithy lines and bold graphics to purposefully stand out from the standard corporate look and inspire participants to be as candid and forthcoming as possible.
My writing partner Lindsey Reilly and I developed creative concepts for a Women's Health initiative: Uterine Fibroids. After speaking with women who suffered from this condition, we wanted to exalt them by creating a range of branded campaigns that juxtaposed a fighter-like moxy with a tone of compassion and sentiment.
I led the creative direction for Sam’s Club’s new internal brand as well as managed the construction of a new Brand Center for store associates.
After several listening sessions with recruitment marketers, store associates, managers, and HR partners, my team launched a campaign that is as bold and approachable as the associates who run the clubs!
The Sam’s Club Associate Brand grid system was built with our associates at heart. The grid keeps communications quick, accessible, and motivational while still allowing users to tailor the layout based on their unique needs.
Customizable elements, like iconography and photography allow creators to personalize messaging for our associates.
As a way to empower Sam’s Club associates to create their own branded content, I hosted a series of entry-level educational sessions on the creative templates and best design practices.
